Courses & Treatments

Treatment sessions last 1 1/2 hours with 1 hour of Reiki and extra time for relaxation and discussion.

Intensives run for 4 hours and include meditation, a 2 hour Reiki treatment and time for discussion. This allows you to be present with Reiki for longer and gives time for rest and integration.

Reiki training workshops allow you to open up to the Reiki energy as a practitioner. People train for many different reasons but regardless of how and why we come to it, each stage of Reiki is another step on the journey of discovery and self-awareness.

Training can be done individually by appointment or in small group workshops (maximum 6 people).

Reiki I - £95

Reiki Master - £300
