October Newsletter

Hi,

 With the winter sun setting in front of me and the nights drawing in I realise it has been a long time since I wrote my last newsletter…

It has been an intense period of shift and change for me and usually when that occurs my involvement in the giving of Reiki reduces.

 I have had a few clients and as always they came to show something to me, just as the Reiki we shared showed them something about themselves and their place in the grand design of the universe.

I’d like to share with you my recent experience of the amazing gift of healing used with a strong intuition and the benefits of conventional medecine.  With a visit to hospital coming up, I undertook a whole phase of therapies to prepare and heal before an operation which I felt I needed to have.  It was very tempting to believe that I could heal myself but I listened to my intuition which was strongly telling me that now was not the time for that experience and that I should have the operation as soon as possible but prepare well for it.  I knew without a doubt that I could affect the outcome of an exploratory surgery where the cause of my dis-ease was yet unknown and would be until the surgeon entered my body.  However, I also knew that I needed to explore my inner-self deeply to find the cause of this dis-ease and work to heal it.  I had three weeks.

 My experience lead me to use Reflexology for my body, Hypnotherapy for my mind and I undertook ‘The Journey’ which allowed old emotions to be released and my spirit to soar again.  All of these were relevant but it is ‘The Journey’ I would like to talk about today.

You may already have heard about it.  It is a process designed and put together by a lady called Brandon Bayes who healed herself from a large tumor with a similar process.  She has since refined it and made it available to the world through her book and workshops.  See www.thejourney.com. It is a process which takes you into your sub-conscious and looks for the root of issues which are affecting you today.  What I love about the process is that it is a whole process which at the end is completed and closed for you to enter your life once again in the Conscious realm.  It does not uncover past emotions and leave you open.  Once found, emotions which had been stored and never allowed to be expressed are released.  But this is not the end,  the jewel in the process is that all those involved at the time are available for forgiveness and in most cases the release of emotion allows such forgiveness.  It is this which can take you to a place of absolute truth, to the heart of spirit, to Source.  What an amazing process, it takes into account all elements of your being and allows you to access your own direct link with Universal Truth! 

I was able to come through my experience with a heightened sense of my place on the Earth and the truth of my existence more deeply felt.  And to do this, I used both Alternative Therapies and Conventional medecine.

I feel that this was a great lesson for me and everyone in the Alternative Therapy field because as it turned out the decision to have the operation straight away was a major factor in affecting the outcome and this I knew.  The universe is all things, there is no right or wrong, only the deepest truth that you feel inside.  All things are relevant and the way to find your path at any given time is to be still and feel the truth in your heart.
